We are needing a few things for our Harvestfest next weekend and hoping you can help! We are really wanting to make this an awesome event in our community, to celebrate the end of harvest and put Piopolis back on the map with a fun evening of food, dancing, and fellowship! CATHOLIC CAMPAIGN FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT COLLECTION NOVEMBER 19-20
Please be generous in the collection for the CCHD. In the US, more that 11% of the population lives in poverty. With this collection, you support programs that address the root causes of poverty and provide a sustainable future for those struggling across the country. In addition, 25% of the funds we collect remain in our diocese to fund local antipoverty projects. O Jesus, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament, draw all people to yourself, especially those you are calling to the priesthood and consecrated life. Give you Church, we pray, fervent priests to serve at your altar, and holy men and women who will devote their lives to prayer and service as consecrated brothers and sisters.
